Online booking for tutors
Free hours are visible by link. A parent does not need to write to you to find out whether a lesson can be moved.
How this business works
A tutor has several dozen students: some come twice a week at the same time, some book now and then before a test. Lessons are in person and by video call.
A language school or a learning centre has several teachers, small groups and trial lessons for new students.
What gets in the way
Rescheduling eats the evening
"We are ill, can we do Friday?" Each such question means opening the timetable and finding a time.
A new student waits a long time for an answer
While you are teaching, the enquiry sits unanswered.
Payments kept in your head
Who paid for last week and who promised to transfer is hard to recall.
In a school everyone has their own timetable
The administrator pieces together the overall picture from teachers' personal spreadsheets.
How BookDo handles it
Free hours by link
The student or parent sees only free time and books.
Rescheduling in the client account
The "Reschedule" button shows other free slots. You get a notification.
Payment on each booking
Payment is recorded in the booking, and you see at once what is paid and what is not.
A trial lesson as a separate service
With its own duration and price, including zero.
Small groups
Set up as sessions with a number of places; the timetable is created by weekdays.

Common questions
Will it work for online lessons?
Yes. BookDo handles bookings and the timetable; you send the video call link to the student yourself, for example in the chat.
Can I give a student a fixed time for the whole year?
An automatically repeating appointment is not available yet. Regular students are booked manually or book themselves.
Is there a free option?
Yes, a free plan for one person.
