BookDoOnline court booking
Players choose the court and time themselves, including on the club website. The front desk does not have to check the schedule over the phone.
How this business works
A tennis centre rents out courts by the hour: tennis and beach tennis, padel, beach volleyball. There are several courts; evenings and weekends are booked in advance, mornings and afternoons are quieter.
Besides rental there are sessions with a coach, one-to-one and in groups. Regular players buy memberships and give gift cards for holidays.

Calls and messages all evening, and each time you have to open the schedule of every court.

The same hour was written in the notebook and in a messenger for different people.
Booking without payment
The players did not come, the court stood empty, and the evening hour was in demand.

Only the coach knows how many places are left for Thursday training.
How BookDo handles it
Each court has its own schedule
Each court is set up separately, with its own opening hours and hourly price. Players see only free time and choose the court themselves.
Booking on the club website
The "Book" button under each court on your website opens booking for that court right away. You can also add a shared round button in the corner of the page.
Price by day and hour
Weekday daytime is cheaper, evenings and weekends cost more: rows of "Prices by time" in the court card. A booking across two prices is calculated proportionally or at the start price.
Your own question in the form
For example, "Sport": beach tennis or beach volleyball. The player's answer comes with the booking.
Card prepayment
Through YooKassa or ATOL Pay on paid plans. An unpaid booking is held for a limited time and then frees the court.
Coaches and groups
A session with a coach is a booking with a specialist. A group class is a session with a number of places: you can see how many are left.
Memberships and gift cards
A visit is deducted from a membership right in the booking, a gift card by its code.

Common questions
Can we put booking on our website?
Yes. The booking form card has code for your site: a form on the page, a button or a round button in the corner. Your own button under a court can open booking for that court right away.
Can prices differ by day and evening?
Yes. Each court has its own price, and "Prices by time" set a price for chosen weekdays and hours, for example weekdays 17:00–23:00 and weekends. The player sees the price of each hour in the form, and the booking gets the right total.
Does the player need to install anything?
No. Booking works in the phone browser, and the player has an account to reschedule or cancel the booking.
