How this business works
A guest house or a small hotel with a few rooms is usually run by a family or a small team. There is no reservations department: the owner answers guests, checks them in and counts the money.
Rooms are listed on booking sites, while regular guests book directly to avoid the fee. In season the house is full; out of season every guest counts.
What gets in the way
Big hotel systems are overkill
They contain a lot that a five-room guest house does not need, and you pay for all of it.
Direct bookings in a notebook
A guest called, the owner wrote it on a slip and forgot to close the dates on the listing site.

There is nothing to send a regular guest except a phone number.

Common questions
How is BookDo different from hotel systems?
BookDo has no channel manager and no price management on listing sites. It is simpler, though, and the same workspace can run a sauna, tours and appointment services.
Can two of us work in it?
Yes. The plan is chosen by the number of people working in the workspace.
Is the interface available in English?
Yes, the workspace and the website are in English, and you can choose the currency.
