Online booking for brow and lash artists
A client comes for a touch-up every few weeks. Let her book in half a minute without involving you.
How this business works
Brow artists and lash technicians work with a steady circle of clients: touch-ups are needed regularly, and the same client comes back many times a year.
Treatments vary in length: brow shaping takes under an hour, lash extensions noticeably longer. The work needs full concentration; you cannot pick up the phone in the middle.
What gets in the way
The same conversation every month
With each regular you work out again when she is free and when you are.
Short and long treatments mixed together
In a notebook it is easy to put extensions into a slot that only fits brows.
Late cancellations
The client cancels the evening before, and there is nobody left to offer that time to.
No overall picture
How much was earned in a month and which treatment brings more has to be counted by hand.
How BookDo handles it
Rebooking in one tap
The client account has a "Book again" button: same service, only the time to choose.
Each service has its own duration
The form offers only the slots where the treatment fits completely.
Prepayment when booking
Through ATOL Pay the client pays a deposit by card. An unpaid booking can be held for a limited time.
A cancellation frees the time at once
The client cancelled in her account, and the slot appeared in the booking form for everyone else.
Reports by service
You see how many bookings and how much money each treatment brought in the chosen period.

Common questions
Will it work if I rent a seat in a salon?
Yes. The workspace is your own and is not tied to the salon. You give the booking link to your clients yourself.
Can I do both brows and lashes?
Yes, there can be any number of services, each with its own price and duration.
What does the client see after booking?
Her booking page: what, when, how much. From there she gets into the account with all her bookings.
