Tour booking for guides and tour companies
One tour is sold on three platforms and by your own link. How many places are left for Saturday should be visible in one place.
How this business works
A guide or a small tour company runs group tours on a timetable and private ones by arrangement. A group has a limited number of places.
Sales go through Sputnik8, TicketsCloud, Tripster and directly: from the website, social media and partners. Each platform has its own dashboard and its own order list.
What gets in the way
The places left live in a spreadsheet
It has to be updated after every sale, and one day somebody does not manage in time.
More sold than there are places
Two platforms sold the last tickets for the same departure at the same moment.
The guest list is pieced together
Before a departure the guide merges orders from several dashboards.
The platform fee muddles revenue
The guest paid one amount, you received another, and reports mix everything.
How BookDo handles it
Sessions with a number of places
Each departure has a date, a time and a number of places. Sessions are created one by one or by schedule.
Orders from sales platforms
Every 15 minutes BookDo collects orders from Sputnik8, TicketsCloud and Tripster. They take places in the same session as your direct sales.
Tickets at different prices
Adult, child, free: the guest chooses the number of each.
A list per session
Clicking a session opens its bookings: who, how many places, where the order came from. The status is changed with one button or for all selected at once.
The platform fee kept apart
The platform fee does not go into your revenue; it is written in the booking note.
